Overview

The services we provide during a consulting engagement depend entirely on our assessment of the organization and a dialog with the client about outcomes and available resources.  One client, for example, may have a clearly articulated statement of purpose but no agreement on an organizational strategy for reaching corporate objectives.  Another may have a structurally sound organization that is  well–aligned with its strategy but continue to struggle  with difficulties in one or more areas of operation.  In either case, as with all client engagements, we select specific initiatives from the broad service categories described in the following pages.

Strategy Formation
 
A process for determining what specific actions people must take in order to achieve intended organizational outcomes.
 
Organization Design
 
A process for integrating People, Information, and Technology toward the successful achievement of organizational outcomes.
 
 
Work Flow Design
 
A process for organizing work activity into a natural progression of events, each of which contributes directly to a desired end result.  The process may be applied in both service and manufacturing settings.
 
Compensation Design
 
A process for establishing equity between what members contribute to an organization and what they receive for their efforts.  
 
Executive Coaching
 
A personal development opportunity for executives or managers who are high achievers, but who are at risk due to difficulty working with other people or teams.
